a charming vacation place, owned by a friendly family; it
is without a doubt one of the best locations on the Island.
Located less than 2 minutes walking (100 yards) from beautiful Playa
Parguito Beach and
surrounded by a Pool and tropical garden.
Playa
Parguito is a spectacular white sandy beach, with coconut palm
trees, they call Parguito Beach here "the St-Tropez
of Margarita Island", ½ miles long and this beach
is the rendez-vous of the connaisseurs;

supermarket, fruit and vegetable store, drug store, bakery,
flea market, car rental, craft shop and many restaurants
